Role Overview
As a Sales Director, you will directly impact the financial success of the organization through the acquisition of new business and the development of strategic customer relationships. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing complex commercial opportunities while positioning Element as a trusted business advisor.
What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline, lead complex sales opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of successful experience in complex B2B solution sales environments
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, customer management or direct fleet management experience
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives
- Demonstrated success acquiring new customers through a structured sales methodology
