The company is looking for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader to join its team as VP, Product Marketing. This role will drive differentiated positioning, go-to-market excellence, portfolio narrative, and lifecycle strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen sustainable competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Define and lead the global product marketing strategy aligned to Element’s enterprise strategy and growth priorities.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in client insight and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Strategy teams to shape portfolio architecture, packaging, pricing support, and roadmap communication.
  • Oversee product lifecycle marketing from launch through maturity and optimization.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and competitive dynamics, recommending strategic pivots where needed.
  • Lead and develop a global team of product marketing professionals.
  • Establish global product marketing standards, frameworks, and positioning architecture across all regions.
