The Carelon Account Executive III is responsible for account management retention activities within an assigned book of business. The role involves achieving client retention, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and negotiating contract terms. The position requires a strong understanding of client contracts, products, and service levels, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and/or account management, strategy, or sales support operations
- MBA preferred
