The Process & Data Analyst (Business Analyst) supports Elia Grid International’s operational excellence and performance management by structuring business processes, enabling digital and AI-driven tools, and delivering actionable analytics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role in a consulting, engineering, or project-driven environment.
- Strong experience in business process modelling and documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting the implementation or use of ERP, PSA, CRM, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience with business intelligence, dashboards, and performance analytics (Power BI or equivalent).
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI-enabled business solutions (e.g. automation, decision support, advanced analytics) is an asset.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality management systems is a strong advantage.
