About the role

EliseAI is growing quickly, and we’re in need of a Sales Operations Manager to support the Director of Sales Operations and the entire Sales team in their usage of Salesforce and our growing tech stack (Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). We are a fully in-office company with a beautiful office in a great location at E 33rd Street and Park Ave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day maintenance and administration of Salesforce, including maintaining custom objects, automations, user profiles, and other key functionality, as needed.
  • Developing and implementing processes and process improvements for the sales and customer success teams.
  • Maintaining important systems across our growing tech stack, and ensuring data integrity across multiple integrations.
  • Supporting our growing Sales Team by answering help requests and identifying areas for improvement that benefit the sales team and EliseAI as a whole.
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and working with key stakeholders to understand their data needs.


We’re much more interested in someone who is hungry to learn and perform than someone whose resume checks all the boxes.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 2+ years of Sales Operations and Salesforce experience in a growing SaaS company.
  • Has experience working closely with Sales teams, including training new hires, and communicating key changes.
  • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters with your team 4-5 days per week
  • Is excited to work hard at a fast-growing startup
  • Is great at solving problems with little guidance
  • Has startup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgency
  • Has strong bias for action
  • Has strong system design knowledge

Nice to haves include

  • Understanding of billing/financial systems that integrate with Salesforce
  • Experience in Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
