Exciting opportunity to support the clinical operations at Ellie Mental Health Lutherville Timonium and Owings Mills. In this role you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of two very busy clinics. Primary responsibilities include: coordinating and managing appointments, insurance verifications, monitoring and managing patient balances, communicating with clinical team, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This position requires 12-15 hours per week and offers hybrid.
If you are experienced in revenue cycle (credentialing, contracting, collecting patient balances), detail oriented professional with good client service and an interest in supporting mental health service, we encourage you to apply!
