Business Development Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Business Development Sales Engineer to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to identify new profitable opportunities, support customer programs, and expand our presence in key strategic markets. This is a leadership pipeline position with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business related fields, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 years’ industrial, manufacturing, sales/marketing experience
  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Industrial areas, with metals experience
  • Strong technical / mechanical aptitude
  • Leadership desire and growth potential
  • Motivation to grow in a dynamic field with a great organization
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
