EMBEDDED ACCOUNT MANAGER – responsible for full ownership of a strategic enterprise client partnership, leading day-to-day operational execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic revenue growth within the account.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B account management or strategic account leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management or cross-functional coordination experience
- Proven ability to lead structured initiatives with defined timelines and measurable outcomes
- Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage escalations and complex environments with composure
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft O365 suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Ability to attain government security clearance (Top Secret) including being a US Citizen
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
