Role Overview
Drive the growth of the EMCD Mining Pool across the CIS region by identifying new business opportunities, attracting mining clients, and growing the pool’s user base through direct sales activities.
What You Will Do
Identify and attract new mining clients, generate leads, conduct outreach, product presentations, and commercial negotiations, and manage prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales of IT products, technology solutions, or digital services
- English language proficiency of A2 level or higher
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem and experience interacting with mining-related products or services
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of discipline in a remote environment
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
