Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Heidelberg – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international consumer goods company in its search for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the regional Commercial team.
This role is based in Germany and supports the Sales teams across the DACH region and Nordics.
Our client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you’ll combine systems expertise, data analysis, and analytical problem-solving to drive operational excellence across multiple markets.
The role would suit someone with one to two years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a natural affinity for working with data.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve sales performance reports, promo analyses, and revenue tracking tools
- Support the DACH SalesOps Lead in forecasting, growth management, and business reviews
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing on product data, pricing, and assortment updates
- Manage and update sales master data and pricing information in systems (SAP, Accelerate, Salsify, Power BI, etc.)
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to Sales teams and contribute to regional process improvement initiatives
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, or a Commercial role (FMCG background a plus)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills – Power BI or Power Query knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Fluent in English – German is an advantage
