Seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead the infrastructure, analytics, and strategy for our B2B sales organization, with a focus on complex RFI/RFP cycles and enrollment seasons. The role requires experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, with a background in national benefits consulting firms or major health carriers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • National Benefits Broker Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape
  • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI)
