We are seeking a driven, strategic sales professional to lead territory growth, build strong partner relationships, and drive revenue within an assigned region for a leading provider of employee benefits solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipeline and reporting
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Ability to travel locally up to 50% with occasional overnight travel
