Emerson is looking for a Financial Analyst to work with their FP&A COE in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a finance professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FP&A domain and hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools. The role will involve ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financials, meeting reporting deadlines, and providing variance analysis.
Requirements
- Finance Professional with minimum 2-3 year of work experience in FP&A Domain
- Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Analytical thinking ability and good team player
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
- Power BI or related presentation tools
