Requirements
- Experience in technical or solution-based sales, ideally in industrial automation, control systems, or similar engineering environments.
- Strong technical understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and the ability to communicate technical concepts confidently.
- Familiarity with Ovation or comparable control platforms—or the motivation to learn quickly.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools.
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern & Central Italy.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or relevant practical experience gained in automation or control systems.
