The Regional Business Development Manager will drive and create demands/opportunities for Flow Control Business, provide timely and accurate forecasting reports, and work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute country growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant industrial experience and good understanding of the Control valve industry. They will be able to think critically, self-direct, and collaborate effectively to drive growth and maximize project participation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience
- Good understanding of Control valve industry
- Experience in Project Pursuit
- Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth
- Critical thinking and self-directed skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix structure and manage by influence
