Sales & Operations Planning Analyst (Europe)

Emerson is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Planning Analyst to join the Isolation Valves team. This role involves shaping the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting processes for the MRO business, applying analytical skills to improve forecast precision, and collaborating with Purchasing. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Planning & Scheduling
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Demantra
• Proficiency in English and the local language
