Role Overview

As a Trainee Inside Sales Engineer, you will learn how to support sales activities by preparing quotations, providing technical and commercial assistance, and building relationships with customers. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a technical sales environment while working with experienced professionals.

What You Will Do

Create quotations using Emerson solutions, products, and services, handle technical and commercial aspects of customer requests, work closely with the field sales team, process customer purchase orders, provide product and application information, build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams, collaborate with international back offices, and keep sales administration tools up to date.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma at HBO bachelor’s or master’s level (or strong technical affinity with education in another field)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in learning about sales, engineering, and customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized way
