The HR Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and managing HR data and systems, including innovative AI applications. The role involves driving automation and control of key HR processes, driving the augmentation of HR staff with systems and AI tools, delivering management information critical for control and business performance, and empowering line managers with effective HR systems and AI to augment their capabilities in all people-related responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification or formal training in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in HR systems management, ERP functional support, or HR operations within a large or government-linked organisation.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP HR modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Learning, Recruitment, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and HR policy frameworks, with the ability to ensure compliance and operational excellence across ERP and AI-enabled systems.
