Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Tokyo Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the company’s growth through high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on execution, owning end-to-end performance across influencer and affiliate channels.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
- Fluent in Japanese (N1 level) and business-level English
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on driving results, ambitious target achievement, and efficient execution
- Proven ability to manage and scale influencer and/or affiliate channels with clear ROI accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
