This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • 2+ years management experience with a proven track record in leading analyst teams
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience managing GTM operations across complex sales motions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
