Employment Hero is a fast-growing tech company on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. The Sales Operations Manager ANZ will lead the ANZ Sales Operations team to drive forecasting, sales process design, analytics, and GTM performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing analyst teams
  • Experience leading sales ops across multiple product, channel and segment portfolios
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business judgment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and, preferably, sales tech stacks (e.g. Outreach, Gong)
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Experience with SaaS go-to-market strategies and operating models
  • A proactive mindset, with a bias for action and results
