We’re hiring a HubSpot Consultant with the experience, confidence, and curiosity to help our clients get the most out of their HubSpot investment. This is a mid-level role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—and who brings prior experience from the agency world. You’ll bring deep platform expertise, a strong strategic lens, and the skills to guide clients from “Where do we start?” to “Wow, this works.”

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 based on experience + bonus incentive opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor for clients on all things HubSpot—providing guidance, clarity, and solutions rooted in industry and platform best practices.
  • Build trust and rapport through consistent communication, thoughtful insights, and transparent execution.

HubSpot Solution Design

  • Translate client goals into scalable, actionable HubSpot architectures and configurations.
  • Design and implement workflows, lifecycle stages, data models, and reporting dashboards across Hubs.
  • Identify and solve for gaps in process, automation, and tool utilization across marketing, sales, and service teams.

Execution and Enablement

  • Own HubSpot builds and configurations, including custom data models, business process construction & refinement, automations & integrations, reporting and dashboarding, and more.
  • Provide training and enablement for client teams, ensuring they understand how to use their tools effectively.
  • Stay ahead of HubSpot releases and trends—bringing proactive recommendations to clients before they ask for them.

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (consulting or in-house, but agency experience is a major plus).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple HubSpot clients or projects at once.
  • Deep familiarity with Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub at a Professional or Enterprise level.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, custom properties, objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot’s integrations and app ecosystem.
  • Bonus points for experience with APIs, webhooks, operations tools (like Operations Hub), and/or data migration projects.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you’re equally comfortable in on camera or on Slack.
  • Detail-oriented, value-driven, and highly organized.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Traits

  • Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Energized by client success and empowered teams.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking for a better way to do things (or how to automate them!).
