Drive all contractor business in branch, uphold proper Branch customer service standards, and provide accurate and expert information to customers. The Inside Sales Rep will also assist customers at the counter and manage account selling activities.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of sales and customer facing experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Uphold professional appearance
- Ability to build relationships with contractors in the branch
- Understand and decipher sales metrics and reports
- Inventory management experience with basic math skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- JD Edwards experience (preferred, but not required)
