We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support the performance, scalability, and efficiency of our marketing programs. The role involves analyzing large and complex marketing datasets, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to marketing and sales stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations, analytics, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate data into insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and digital campaign performance metrics
- Business acumen to connect marketing performance with broader KPIs like pipeline, revenue, and retention
