We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support the performance, scalability, and efficiency of our marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role, and strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate data into insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and digital campaign performance metrics
- Business acumen to connect marketing performance with broader KPIs like pipeline, revenue, and retention
