About the role
- As our Sr. Manager of ABM and Integrated Marketing Programs, you will play a pivotal role in our GTM strategy, driving personalized engagement with high-value accounts. This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive ABX strategy, fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a seamless, high-impact account experience across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for creating meaningful interactions with highly valued customers and prospects.
What you’ll do
- Driving ABX initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and responsiveness to opportunities in the pipeline.
- Developing a clear vision for ABX strategy while being hands-on in execution to ensure seamless implementation and measurement of impact.
- Ensuring the integration of marketing goals, messages, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all key demand outreach channels.
- Building strong, productive partnerships across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and drive shared success.
- Ambitiously exploring new tools, techniques, and strategies to elevate ABX programs and stay ahead of industry trends, including integrating the use of AI and automation into your workflows.
- Navigating challenges, pivoting strategies as needed and maintaining focus on delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading strategic integrated demand gen programs or ABM/ABX/PBM programs at high-growth B2B technology companies and 2+ years in leadership roles with people management responsibility.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in a fast-paced SaaS-based startup with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead by doing in addition to leading by delegating.
- Proven ability to design, track, and execute ABM/ABX strategies for enterprise companies and has experience laying the groundwork for 7-figure customer relationships.
- Deep understanding of account segmentation, messaging personalization, and multi-channel engagement.
- A healthy balance between quantitative and qualitative. A meticulous marketer who rigorously tracks results, OKRs, and KPIs and finds a way to tie programs back to bookings/revenue.
- Forward-thinking, growth-minded collaborative partner with strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and responsiveness.
- Advanced knowledge of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, field events, and SDR integration – and which strategy/channel to deploy when.
- Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms, management of ABM vendors, and familiarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, SalesLoft and Marketo, which includes advanced attribution reporting.

In the interest of full transparency, the salary for this role will be $125,000 – $150,000.
