Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager – Retail to lead the creation of high-impact employee communications strategies for BWS and Dan Murphy’s. The role involves partnering with executive leaders, managing a small team, and using data to evaluate activities for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in communications, relevant qualifications, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in communications
  • Relevant qualifications in communications, journalism, media relations, public relations or similar
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience producing clear, concise and purposeful communications
  • Experience managing a team to defined measures
  • Lead teams that contribute cross functionally
  • Budget accountability of capital or operational expenditure
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience partnering and consulting with Senior business leaders
