To reach our ambitious goals and become the Worlds Number One payment provider, we need you to join us as our new VP Product Marketing at Enfuce.


As the VP Product Marketing you will own the articulation of the Enfuce value proposition across use cases and solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our prospects, sales teams and customers understand what sets Enfuce apart. It is your team’s mission to drive the demand and usage of the Enfuce product portfolio and ensure its leading position in the market,

You will manage a team of 2 highly motivated product marketers who will support you in your quest.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the Enfuce product value proposition(s), ensuring pitch perfect positioning in its markets. Develop and activate core use case messaging & positioning.
  • Leadership of the product marketing team, ensuring product marketing excellence / best in class operations in all that the team produces
  • Ownership of all key buyer personas across Enfuce’s use cases. Definition of their pain points, needs and desires, ensuring detailed customer insights ready to leverage
  • Implementation of ongoing market and competitive analysis in all target markets and at product level
  • Provision of input into the product roadmap and strategy, based on market and customer research findings, leading the cooperation with product management & development
  • Production of product positioning and messaging that highlights key differentiators and is globally scalable. Collaboration with Brand, PR, social and demand generation teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets
  • Educating, enabling and supporting the sales team through compelling value propositions and razor sharp articulation of the Enfuce USPs
  • Production of all materials required to drive, capture and convert demand in the market (data sheets, white papers, PPTs, blogs, contributed articles, pitch decks, objection handling, demos, competitive battle cards etc)
  • Leadership of the Enfuce Analyst relations strategy and interactions with key industry analyst firms.
  • Thought leadership in the payments sector, participating in events, social media, press and industry analyst engagements.

What we look for

We expect you to be an seasoned product marketing professional within a fintech and/or SaaS environment. You have over 10 years leadership level experience and proven track record of delivering highly impactful product propositions and driving product adoption.

Your characteristics:

  • Proven ability to strategize, develop, manage to and get results
  • You are agile and used to working in a fast-paced startup / scale up environment
  • You have a relevant degree / qualification e.g. MBA
  • Strong international experience, including experience of launching into new international markets within Europe and (ideally) the US
  • Strong public speaking, presentation and communication skills
  • A strong and inspirational leader
