The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for defining and leading the overall marketing, brand, product, and commercial strategy to support sustainable growth within the UK B2B energy supply market.
Requirements
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Shape value propositions and long‐term market vision.
- Own lead‐generation strategy, channels, and performance.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution and optimisation across digital and traditional channels.
- Partner with the Chief Sales Officer to align pipeline targets and conversion performance.
- Drive market intelligence, competitive analysis and customer insight.
- Oversee internal and external communications, PR, and corporate narrative, including crisis management, working closely with the Country Communications Team.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial and pricing teams to shape propositions and ensure effective go‐to‐market plans.
