ENGIE Romania is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of product strategies, responding to customer needs and supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the transition to a carbon-neutral world. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining product opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to implement product launches and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Collaboration with strategic teams to identify customer needs and define product opportunities
- Identification of target market segments and customer typologies
- Development of product concepts and business cases
- Pricing and margin contribution
- Preparation of documentation for product validation and implementation
- Assurance of readiness of all internal functions for product launches
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, Back Office, Legal, Customer Experience, Digital, and Communication teams
- Initiation and clarification of development requirements for new products and offers
- Support for marketing documentation and materials
- Product testing and training support
- Campaign planning, coordination, and monitoring
- Leverage of marketing campaigns to support sales and maximize commercial margin
