Role Overview
The data mining team is looking for a senior profile to accelerate strategic data initiatives, structure and prioritize ad-hoc data questions, and bring technical depth to the team. The role involves taking technical leadership in complex data tracks, coaching and guiding data scientists and analysts, and creating reusable solutions and data products.
What You Will Do
Take technical leadership in complex data tracks, coach and guide data scientists and analysts, create reusable solutions and data products, and manage ad-hoc question streams.

Requirements
- Master in IT
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Experience with data analysis and data modeling
- Experience with building and improving ML models in a production context
- Solid software engineering foundation
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with cloud environments or infrastructure as code
- Strong communicative skills
- Dutch, French, and English language skills
