Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist in pharma, you will work in Geel within a data science and digitalization environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. You will translate complex process data into actionable insights with a direct impact on production, quality, and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Perform statistical analyses for process optimization and process characterization, develop models for process monitoring and trend analysis, apply DOE methodologies for robustness and scalability, and support validations, comparability studies, and investigations.

Requirements

• Master or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in pharma or biotech within a GMP environment
• Strong knowledge of statistics, including regression and multivariate analysis
• Experience with SPC, CPV, DOE, and model validation
• Knowledge of R, Python, or JMP and a fluent command of English
