What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in SaaS to join our early-stage startup. This role will be focused on B2B outbound lead generation to help us scale our sales efforts.

You will

  • generate outbound qualified meetings with executives up to and including the C-level
  • use lead generation tools to create accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • create email, video, and phone sales scripts for yourself and future hires
  • maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information within our CRM
  • identify best practices to refine the company’s sales playbook and ensure high conversion rates
  • work closely with product, leadership, and customers to provide insights into improving the product
  • attend events and conferences to sell the product and gain knowledge about market trends and competitors
  • conduct market research on customer trends and competitors

You have

  • two years of SaaS experience as an outbound SDR/BDR
  • a track record in building and managing a pipeline of new business
  • the ability to research and ‘figure things out’ with little direction
  • the skills to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • a creative problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • the desire and ability to grow within an early-stage startup


Salary: $60-70K base + commission

Equity: We have reserved a chunk of equity for the right founding team members
