Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing sales funnels across all locations
- Identifying bottlenecks and deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Daily KPI tracking (including show rate, conversion, capacity, utilization)
- Supporting forecasting & performance optimization
- Building and maintaining a knowledge database for transparent documentation of sales insights
- Collaborating with team leads, Sales VPs and CSO for continuous process improvement
- Implementing sales automation projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional experience in a comparable role
- Background in Business Administration, Data Science or similar
- High willingness to learn and intrinsic motivation
- Hands-on mentality and desire to actively shape processes
- Experience with analysis tools and ability to extract and analyze data
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1 location visit per month)
- Interest in B2C sales mechanics
- Fluent German language skills
