Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales funnels across all locations
  • Identifying bottlenecks and deriving concrete recommendations for action
  • Daily KPI tracking (including show rate, conversion, capacity, utilization)
  • Supporting forecasting & performance optimization
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge database for transparent documentation of sales insights
  • Collaborating with team leads, Sales VPs and CSO for continuous process improvement
  • Implementing sales automation projects

Qualifications

  • 2+ years professional experience in a comparable role
  • Background in Business Administration, Data Science or similar
  • High willingness to learn and intrinsic motivation
  • Hands-on mentality and desire to actively shape processes
  • Experience with analysis tools and ability to extract and analyze data
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 1 location visit per month)
  • Interest in B2C sales mechanics
  • Fluent German language skills
