Enterprise Account Executive

Compa is a venture-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the future of compensation. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for landing and expanding Compa’s presence within the world’s most innovative enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise companies
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling and storytelling abilities
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and comfort working in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
