MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition through formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pipelines, building strong relationships with customers, and partnering with the professional services team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field experience with quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English
  • Must live in territory
