Requirements
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Proven track record in managing business performance and achieving accreditation milestones
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience in strategic account and national account management
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation capability
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Highly effective communicator and project manager
- Innovative, results‐driven mindset and knowledge of franchisee and direct ownership models
