Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise post-sales experience in B2B SaaS (renewals, expansions, and complex stakeholders)
  • Commercial thinking and the ability to spot whitespace and shape value
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills with data
  • Agility and curiosity in a scaling environment
  • Leadership and integrity with transparency and follow-through
