Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise post-sales experience in B2B SaaS (renewals, expansions, and complex stakeholders)
- Commercial thinking and the ability to spot whitespace and shape value
- Effective communication and storytelling skills with data
- Agility and curiosity in a scaling environment
- Leadership and integrity with transparency and follow-through
