Customer Experience Representative responsible for providing superior, friendly, and efficient customer service and facilitating the rental process at the Orlando Airport.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Ability to understand, read, write and speak English
