We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach. This is a door-opening position focused on initiating conversations and securing meetings with potential clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, email, and social media)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-driven mindset
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus
