The Manager, Product Operations supports Entrepreneurs’ Organization by overseeing administrative teams, aligning product portfolio and product owners to shared standards, and ensuring that issues identified are prioritized in the overall product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least four years of event-related program development and execution experience
- Project management experience
- Proven experience in design and delivery of data and/or process improvement experience
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies and action plans
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in fast-changing environments
- Collaborative, positive, self-starting, and experienced with multi-functional teams and volunteers
