Customer Success Manager (all genders)

We are on a mission to drive forward the energy transition and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide long-term support to our customers. The role involves designing and delivering customer journeys, coordinating with technical teams, and analyzing customer satisfaction and product usage.

Requirements

  • electrical engineering degree
  • experience in direct customer contact
  • good German and English skills (C2 level)
  • experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management, or related fields
