Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales order process from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee contract execution and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update sales databases, dashboards, and regional management reports.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support pricing, quotation, and commercial documentation processes.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
- Ensure adherence to regional and corporate processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales operations efficiency.
Qualification and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or customer management within the energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and French.
- Must hold a valid work visa for legal employment in France.
