The Sales & Marketing Systems & Analytics Specialist supports the Commercial Success Department by overseeing sales administration, marketing systems, and commercial analytics. This role ensures that commercial platforms are properly configured, reporting is accurate and actionable, and digital performance is continuously audited and optimized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years’ experience in hotel sales systems, marketing systems, or commercial analytics
- Advanced expertise in Delphi FDC
- Strong Power BI and advanced Excel reporting skills
- Experience with CVENT, Revinate, ZoomInfo/Engage, NinjaCat, and Ice Portal
- Experience reconciling invoices, budgets, and paid media spend
- Ability to audit, manage, and maintain large datasets with strong attention to detail
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and system documentation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
