The Epi Growth Technician will support on-shift activities and deliver cross-shift passdowns, maintain run to run VCSEL/PD production, and perform various characterization techniques. The position requires a high school diploma or higher and 2-4+ years of related experience. The technician will work in a clean room environment on a 12 hour swing shift.
Requirements
- Support on-shift activities and deliver cross-shift passdowns
- Maintain run to run VCSEL/PD production on production reactors
- Perform basic OCAPS
- Perform additional characterization techniques as required
- Train operations in Work Instructions
- Assist Engineering with new workflows
- Assist Engineering with new process development
- Assist Engineering with data gathering and analysis
- Write new work instructions for Operations
