Join Epicor as a Senior Channel Sales Manager! The Channel Sales Manager builds and executes the partner recruiting strategy and develops go-to-market plans for each target partner to ensure fast acceleration into the market.
Responsibilities
- Drives the strategic relationships within partner organizations
 - Develops and executes industry strategy for partner recruitment
 - Drives partner recruiting sales cycles and activities required supporting stakeholders to define partnership value and go-to-market opportunity
 - Develops business plans managing cross-functional teams from Epicor and the partner
 - Manages executive level relationships with partner executives to ensure commitment to agreed goals
 - Manages opportunity pipeline against sales objectives to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
 - Performs lead qualifications for all leads and sales opportunities
 - Drives new pipeline
 - Mentoring and training new team members
 - Frequent travel is required
 
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
 - Self-started attitude and fast learning skills
 - Strong organizational and time management skills
 - Experience managing sales teams and/or partners
 - Expert written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
 - Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
 - 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Distribution
 - 3+ years of specialized/industry experience in ERP/SaaS
 - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
 - Candidates in the central and eastern US region preferred
