Requirements
- Own sales execution and achieve defined sales targets in your district
- Increase market presence by tracking and analyzing market share and competitive activities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and dealers
- Manage dealer performance and relations within your territory
- Monitor the local market environment and gather, evaluate, and interpret data related to market trends and competitors
- Report and share potential business opportunities and market intelligence with your manager
- Actively participate in industry seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
- Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of our products and their applications
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on technical sales skills
- Coordinate sales administration processes with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams
- Work closely with the aftermarket support team to deliver exceptional after-sales service
- Maintain effective communication with the logistics team
- Engage with the product team to obtain necessary product support and updates
- Manage account receivables prudently in line with company credit policies
