We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine in Indonesia. The successful candidate will drive merchant acquisition across SME segments, build and execute scalable field strategies, and lead a team of Merchant Acquisition Executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / merchant acquisition and 2+ years of experience managing field sales teams
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
- Strong hunter mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Experience in building or scaling sales teams in a fast-growing environment
- Data driven and familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
