Equitable Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Fraud Strategy & Analytics to join their team. The role involves creating an effective fraud mitigation program, monitoring fraud trends, developing fraud reporting, managing fraud data, and providing support to incident response teams. This position focuses on improving fraud controls and supporting senior management decision-making, while also potentially contributing to strategic initiatives related to EQ Bank’s digital platform.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with data-structures, algorithms, and computation complexities
  • 1+ years of coding experience with Python
  • 1+ years of SQL database experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, quantitative field, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of trade-off between fraud mitigation and customer experience
  • Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills
