We want to take over the world. That’s why we’re looking for people to help us grow and want to grow with us. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take our enterprise customers to the next level. We would have been happy to have you on board yesterday, but tomorrow is also fine!
About the job
As our Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to make our enterprise customers grow with us, and make us grow with them. You will be part of the Sales team, and working closely with our Customer Success team, who are responsible for customer happiness and product onboarding & implementation. Where CS will spot opportunities for further growth and roll-out of Equalture, you will be the one presenting the business case for further growth to our customers. After all, more candidates being hired through Equalture means more candidates getting an equal opportunity – and that’s why we started Equalture in the first place.
These are the things you will be doing on a daily basis:
- Working with our Customer Success and Sales team to spot upsell opportunities;
- Joining in on cases and Quarterly Business Reviews for our customers to understand where we can expand our collaboration with them;
- Having meetings with our customers to discuss upsell and further rollout of Equalture to help them achieve a truly objective hiring process;
- Executing discovery calls, demo’s and off-site presentations at new business units of our existing customers, to eventually extend the deals we have with them
About you
You’re looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced scale-up and want to help us take Account Management and upsell to the next level. This means that we expect you to be able to hold your ground in all circumstances with different stakeholders – from colleagues to C-level professionals on the customer’s side. You feel comfortable in corporate settings and have an understanding of the dynamics.
A few things on our wishlist:
- You are excited about making the world a better place by reducing unconscious biases and unfairness in the hiring process;
- Affinity with recruitment;
- Dutch is your native language and you’re fluent in English;
- You are comfortable with having in-depth discussions with our customers’ Recruitment Leaders and Board Members about their recruitment strategies and tools;
- You can communicate and work well together with other teams;
- You are flexible and can learn new things quickly.
- You are a self-starter that enjoys setting up new processes and come up with initiatives
